Schedule

  • You're welcomed at the ABF Student Center Lobby, where you can register, receive event materials, and get information about the day’s activities. If you have already registered online, please make sure to check in upon arrival. You can do this at the registration desk by showing the QR code you received by email. After checking in, please make sure to register for a lecture if you would like to attend a real AUBG class.

  • You are welcome to enjoy a coffee at the ABF Student Center café, browse the AUBG Bookstore, and enjoy a vibrant start to the day with musical and dance performances by the AUBG Broadway Club and Samodiva. The performances will take place at the Dr. Carl Djerassi Theater Hall, showcasing the talent and creativity of our students.

  • At the AUBG Fair, you will have the chance to meet our community and explore everything AUBG offers. The Fair begins with a welcome address from Provost and Interim President Dr. J. D. Mininger, followed by opportunities to learn more about our majors and minors, professors, and classes. You can also discover what life on campus looks like, including residence life and housing, student clubs and organizations, accessibility and inclusion, career services, academic support, exchange programs, international student services, health and well-being services, and sports and athletics.

    You will be able to meet with dedicated teams who can guide you through the application process, explain available scholarships, and provide detailed information about student loan opportunities.

  • Take part in the guided tours around campus and explore AUBG’s state-of-the-art facilities, vibrant learning spaces, and welcoming student environment. The tours start from the second floor of the ABF Student Center. Our experienced student tour guides will walk you through classrooms, study areas, recreational spaces, and more, giving you a true sense of what it is like to learn and live at AUBG.

  • The lectures will take place in AUBG’s modern academic facilities, giving you the chance to experience real classroom environments. Lectures are held in the Balkanski Academic Center, which is the building directly across from the ABF Student Center. After checking in, make sure to register for the lecture you would like to attend.

  • An open house event can help you determine if a university is the right fit for you. By touring facilities, classrooms, and dorms, you get a feel for the campus atmosphere. Meeting faculty, staff, and members of various student clubs gives you valuable insight into the university’s culture and academic life. At AUBG, you’ll also have the chance to speak with our Admissions Team, who are ready to answer any questions you might have. Last but not least, you’ll experience the vibrant AUBG community by interacting with current students and alumni, as well as other prospective students, who might just become your future classmates.

  • During an Open House, you’ll have a unique opportunity to explore and envision what your future life as an AUBG student might look like. Pay close attention to whether the campus atmosphere and facilities feel welcoming and align with your preferences. Attend our mock lectures and connect with faculty to see if our academic programs match your goals. To better understand student life, explore extracurricular opportunities and learn about available support services, such as career guidance and health resources. Finally, engage with current students and staff to gain an authentic perspective on university life at AUBG.

  • Universities may host multiple such events throughout the year. At AUBG, we have two Open House days every year – in February and October, where hundreds of prospective students and their families get to experience the university atmosphere.

  • During an open house event, you'll have the opportunity to speak with the Admissions Team, as well as staff, faculty, current students, and alumni. It's a great idea to come prepared with some questions. These can focus on academic programs and teaching methods, both in general and within specific programs, how you can integrate into the community, available career development opportunities, and the overall campus culture.
